Booking Process

Enquiries and Quotes

All catering arrangements begin with an initial consultation. Quotes are provided based on your specific requirements including menu selection, guest count, service level, and location. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required deposit. We will confirm all details in writing.

Guest Numbers

Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before your event unless otherwise agreed. Charges are based on the confirmed guest count or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking date
• Final payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation
• We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed

Cancellation

• Cancellation terms vary depending on the size and nature of your event
• We will discuss our cancellation policy during the booking process
• We will always work with you to find the best solution if your plans change

Dietary Requirements

We take dietary requirements and allergies very seriously. Please inform us of all dietary needs at the time of booking. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

• We are responsible for food preparation, service, and cleanup as agreed
