How far in advance should I book your catering services?
We recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance for weddings and large events. For smaller gatherings, 2-3 weeks notice is usually sufficient. However, we understand that sometimes events come up last minute, so please don't hesitate to contact us even if your event is sooner.
Do you cater to dietary restrictions and allergies?
Absolutely! We take dietary requirements very seriously and can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and most other dietary needs. Please inform us of any allergies or restrictions when you book, and we'll create a menu that ensures everyone can enjoy the meal safely.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Southwest England, including Bath, Bristol, Somerset, Gloucestershire, and surrounding areas. For events outside our usual service area, additional travel costs may apply. Please contact us to discuss your location.
Can you provide equipment like tables, chairs, and linens?
We focus on providing exceptional food and service. While we bring all necessary serving equipment and can recommend trusted suppliers for tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment, you'll need to arrange these separately.
What is your pricing structure?
Our pricing depends on several factors: number of guests, menu selection, service level, location, and event duration. We provide detailed, transparent quotes with no hidden fees. Contact us for a personalized quote based on your specific requirements.
Do you offer tasting sessions?
Yes! We offer tasting sessions for weddings and large events (20+ guests). This allows you to sample our dishes and finalize your menu. Tasting sessions are arranged by appointment and the cost is typically deducted from your final bill.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my booking?
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the notice given and the size of the event. We'll work with you to find the best solution and will discuss our terms and conditions when you book.
Can you accommodate last-minute guest count changes?
We can usually accommodate increases in guest numbers up to 48 hours before your event, subject to availability. For decreases, we require at least 72 hours notice. We'll always do our best to be flexible while ensuring we can deliver the quality you expect.
